Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription before its next renewal from Billing. Access continues until the end of the paid term.

Refunds

For a first paid subscription, contact support within seven days of charge if the service has not materially been used. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method subject to Razorpay processing.

Plan changes

Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next renewal unless otherwise stated at checkout.
