Roles
For customer data submitted through a business’s widget, the business is the controller and Converty acts as processor.
Processing instructions
Converty processes personal data only to provide, secure and improve the service under the customer’s documented instructions.
Security and sub-processors
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures and maintain a list of sub-processors on request. Customers will be notified of material changes where required.
